Can a 14 year old have a paypal account?
Yes i mean i probaly can because theres no age thingy but when i look at the register form there's like a address and name and all that like state province postal code and address and last name and first name.
Now i wonder it is not my house but i still live here so is it legal for a 14 year old to have a paypal account? I mean Its my mothers house so i dont know if i can type in the addresss and my name >.<

Their terms and conditions is actually a legal contract, making the contract void to minors. Dont believe me, read the T&C, and make sure you know all of what it says and means if you are doing large transactions. I was scammed out of 3 grand eariler this year, and I was stuck paying back paypal. They write themselves out of any liability that might arise, and if I wanted to take them to court, I had to fly to California to do it. EDIT: yeah your 14, you are prob. not doing big money transactions, but I didnt start buying and selling Rolex's until 3 years after I originally opened my paypal account... should have gone back and read carefully. yes its legal, its only illegal if you use other peoples information instead of your own. and srly if your 14 couldnt you just ask your parents for some money?
