Neomuna doll not appearing
So the liming harbour doll was there( someone had just completed it) I pick it up but it won’t appear to complete. I’ve done the console 5 times now and it says a secret was revealed but I can’t pick it up and it won’t let me complete the triumph! Please help!

This been goin on for 2 or 3 weeks now I've done 3 including shooting range twice and says secret revealed but can't claim or pick anything up and one section with clock doesn't even light up when I shoot it
