I have completed the dungeon once per all my characters per week (and 4 or something extra to get the hats) for a total of 40 completions. I have completed the seal. I still have not gotten the bow to drop. How bad must my RNG be for it to not drop yet? This is insane when people have gotten it to drop multiple times?
I genuinely don’t know if it will drop at all for me at this rate. Be it in masters or regular.

Yup Same 40 clears and still nothing . This is terrible.

1 ReplyI had to do Deep Stone Crypt 72 times before I got the exotic. Hmu when you pass that number lmao

1 ReplyI feel you, buddy. Done the dungeon some 30+ as well as VOG for the vex mythoclast and still nothing. I don't mind the grind but when friends do it in less than 5 tries and get the exotics, ya, it sucks big time

1 ReplyEdited by llehctim787: 3/10/2023 10:01:40 AMHear me out. I have a theory. Let’s say you play all the time and you do a bunch of activities that give you nice rewards. Let’s say you are getting exotics as rewards for doing whatever drops them in said activity (not talking about just a random world drop exotic engram). I believe by doing this the game thinks you got rewarded so you don’t need as many exotic rewards thus not allowing a exotic to drop in activities where they really matter like raids and dungeons. By unlocking/gaining exotics it purposely prevents or hinders the chance of an exotic to drop again in some other activity that doesn’t specifically state the exotics will drop. Good example is legend lost sectors solo have exotics on the list of things to unlock where as if you look at the list on raids and dungeons that is not on the list thus making it some random world drop essentially. This could explain why I got a lot of raid/dungeon exotics compared to my friends. My friends will do those activities or buy exotics or do exotic missions all the time this in theory wasting the special RNG bungie put in the game to drop exotics to keep players playing. If you always unlock exotics then the RNG doesn’t favor you since bungie likes to gate keep them to give players something to do. My friend got this bow after not getting an exotic for a week just to test my theory and it worked. May not work for everyone but truly believe this is the case.

3 RepliesThe Anarchy is available from the center console between the vaults in the tower for Spoils of Conquest tokens etc

It's not bugged but the drop rate is terrible and has been known to sometimes require people doing 100+ runs
