Can’t unlock Strand Fragments on second character.
I was able to get the aspects. Completed the campaign. Can’t unlock the additional grenades and fragments.
Update: my fourth fragment in was blacked out but I could buy it and then it all unlocked. Check them all I guess.

8 RepliesI thought I had the same issue but it's unlocked noow for me. I finished legendary on Titan and bought all but two fragments Then I finished on Warlock and I bought the Aspects but I thought it wasn't letting me buy any fragments or grenades. Some of the fragments said they aren't available until after the Raid clear and others said "Requires purchase of Aspects and Fragments used during the Lightfall campaign." However, there was one aspect that I could buy and and as soon as I did all the rest became unlocked. Might be worth having another look to see if there are any you can unlock.

Same thing happened to me. Fourth fragment was blacked out, but I could buy it. Thank you. I've had this problem since Tuesday on my Warlock.

2 Repliesdang i cant unlock strand at all calus is unkillable with my weapons and armour,,,ill just stick to my arc ,ty bungie for making everything way beyond my ability.

3 RepliesSame. I get the same time gate messages on most of the fragments and a message saying I need to buy the campaign aspects first (I did)

6 RepliesYou have to buy the aspects first, then purchase thread of finality(should be the only fragment available). After those are purchased, all the rest will become unlocked.
