Powerful friends/ Radiant Light nerfed
My build is ruined from this change. The mods no longer give a +20 to strength or mobility.

3 RepliesYes. That is why I uninstalled the game 20 minutes ago. That was the last straw. I still lurk on here in case I missed something, and it can be restored.

Can we talk about the nerf to lucent blade? Like come on what did it ever do to anyone? :( all my poor builds got demolished. Gotta wait for someone else to crunch the numbers. Didn’t see much benefit from stacking mods today but I could be doing it wrong. Definitely don’t like playing around “decaying stacks” when it comes to builds. Always makes me feel rushed to keep it up or going. Just a very meh experience I had with the new mods.

Literally anything is nerfed and that was intentional. They talked about it for a long time. I don't like it but there's nothing like "make a wish".

I agree 100, not only is this a slap in the face to spending hours, days of real life time getting great gear for our builds but it's a huge loss to hunter. Hunter is the only class that really needs all passive stats to survive. We have no shield, no well to help us survive, we need movement and cover. I spent months building 2 100x4 builds only to now having to choose movement and or abilities when other classes do not have to choose because their movement and class ability do not involve mobility.

I don't understand why they removed the powerful friends and radiant. I liked the idea behind what the were doing with mods but why change the mods and what they do. Makes no since what so ever. be lucky to get 2 100 builds with this junk

14 RepliesYeah, listen to the Bungie fan group! Move on! So you lose 40 stat points and they killed every build you had in DIM and probably grinded for for months and years! So what!? Adapt! Sink another 5000 hours into this game and then have everything wrecked again! Enjoy!

10 RepliesI still have my quad 100 stat Solar build and 3 Void builds with triple 100 stats. I didn't rely on Powerful Friends and Radiant Light mods. Next time, get gooder.

The differences between stat levels have been reduced so there isn’t as big of a difference between 80 and 100 as they’re use to be. And lets be honest, +20 mods were kinda overpowered. You can still get something similar with the new adept armor though.

2 RepliesQQ more. You're build isn't ruined just because you can't run 3 or 4 stats at 100 You should really only be able to run 2 stat at 100

mobsterdavid You make some valid points and I agree that eververse must be removed from this game but, Whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta'aurc. From what I can gather, he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank just outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

Same. I'll be needing to re do all hunter builds (and several titan ones) and probably masterwork a lot of new armor. Sucks to have to grind new stuff just to get back to -40 stat points from where I was just a day ago. Looks like Kickstart mods may have been nerfed too, though I can't be sure yet Hopefully some of the new stuff helps make up for it. Haven't been able to play yet, so Im reserving judgement for now, but at a minimum it means ill have more buildcrafting 'chores' to do before I can really dig into the new content with a proper setup.

Haven’t got lightfall yet as I thought I’d try pvp first.. unless I get orbs my 💩 is dead now... It seems now I just need to make lots of orbs to get quick regen back.. Don’t think I’ll get lightfall just yet
