I'm jumping on the bandwagon, Bungie. I'm sorry, but I've had enough of the constant 'Attention: Contacting Destiny 2 Servers'. I know it's not on my end. My network is running fine with a strong connection. ALL of my other games run without issue, including D1. My tv works fine, my computer, my phone, and google. All of the other services in my home that are connected to the internet have no issues. But D2 constantly has connection issues and lag. That leaves only one possibility: It's not me, it's YOU. I know it's a broken record to you at this point but I really don't care. FIX YOUR SERVERS, PLEASE.

3 RepliesTo help you understand the situation, Bungie does not have "servers" per say - they do in the sense where they have a main hub that controls the content, but not the interaction, i.e. P2P play. Now, any "Contacting Destiny 2 Server" errors are not necessarily your, or their fault. Imagine a super highway where data going back and forth are cars. Now, both the starting point and the destination can be perfectly fine, but if there is congestion caused by some Toyota or Tesla drivers, then that's going to create a disconnect between you and Bungie. Basically, something is interrupting the data between you and them. It's not always either one's fault. This was told to me by someone who is overpaid to understand this stuff while he/she sits in an office collecting paychecks.
