"Access is denied." (0x5) from Steam
I've been getting this
[b]Failed to start process for Destiny 2:
"Access is denied." (0x5)[/b]
error from steam whenever I try to launch the game for over 24 hours now.
I have:
-Verified game files
-Reinstalled Destiny 2
-Reinstalled Steam
-Ran everything as admin
-Moved Destiny 2 to different drive
-Made sure Battleye was excluded from firewall
-Disabled firewalls and antivirus
-Rebooted modem/router
-Cleared download cache
-Deleted everything in the "dumps" folder
-Updated windows
-Repaired steam library folder
-Updated video drivers
oh yea, and I rebooted a few times.
Dudes on discord say they they see that error now and then but it goes away within a few minutes. Only a few days of IB left and I don't have the shader so this issue is quite bothersome.
