Aspect of Influence Quest

Went to start the Aspect of Influence quest and it bugged out. Would not let me continue the quest. So, I abandoned the Quest so I could get it again in hopes of fixing the issue. Instead, now it says "Quest already acquired" How do I fix this??

Greetings! Did you check the Quest Archive kiosk at the Tower? It is left of the Postmaster.
