I don't know what the point of this is, but just in-case;
- I don't get the emails about seasonal & raid performance, a shame for me as I did day 1 and everyone else in my team has stats, but not me :(
- I have changed and verified my email address previously and done it again just now
- I have checked spam folders
Is there any way to trigger or view the email?

At this point it just feels like a lost cause, should be able to view these in the companion app or on Bungie's website instead of only from an email that you may or may not get. I know it's not a huge deal or anything, just feels bad when your friends are all sharing their stats on the raid you just finished or whatever and you cant participate.

5 RepliesHello. We believe what happened is that players who were receiving our emails unsubscribed at one point and then tried resubscribing later. You may want to try to follow these steps to start receiving emails again: [quote]1. Immediately after saving, check the first box, save again, and check your email to see if you receive a verification email.[/quote] If you don't receive an email, you may need to use a new email to receive a verification email. Make sure to click "THIS LINK" when you receive the email.

I have the same issue. I’ve even changed my email in my account to see if it was randomly getting blocked and still nothing. I agree would be real good if this was a website feature instead of email generated

I also have the same issue. My friends have gotten multiple New raid completion emails, but I never get the emails. An actual solution to this would be helpful instead of the feeling that every-time this is brought up it just sinks into the void.

Be nice if it was something you could view through the website/app, rather than a random email.

I came here to say the same. Ive even tried changing to a new email entirely and it didn't work.
