Lvl 20 Crafted Stat Boost

I have a gold bordered Austringer with range masterwork so at level 20 I eagerly expected the "minor stat boost" to take range up by a point or 2 but none of my stats increased at all.

Your chosen stat gets +10 from base. All OTHER stats get +2 at level 20
