Solo Vanguard Strikes
So, let me see if I got this right: a regular Playlist strike always matches a single player with 2 others, no choice to run it alone; but the more difficult legend level wi throw one in solo. I would much rather be able to solo the regular strikes. Why is there no option to do so?

16 RepliesI'd prefer solo strikes as well so I don't have to deal with speed running clowns who can't be bothered to actually play the game

Edited by Pilotslover: 6/15/2022 3:59:31 AMWhilst it had its issues, the best thing Anthem had was the option to do things with your fireteam/alone/public and it was great. Over the weekend, a friend and I ended up solo in a strike, it was great, by the end I’d generated 75 orbs.

1 ReplyIf you are on PlayStation just close the game, set your date to 1 month in the future, restart the game and you won't have matchmaking anywhere until you reset you date.

I just had a to man fireteam in a strike with me no -blam!- kept killing me with eager edge everytime I tried to do something like killing a -blam!- red bar and bagged me everytime yes pls solo strikes just cause your in a clan im not in doesn’t mean you get to rob my gameplay expreince and say you want it’s completely justified

20 RepliesPlayers that want to play solo should be able to play solo. Players that want to matchmake should be able to matchmake. I don't know why Bungie finds this so difficult.

1 ReplyIf your on Xbox - disable crossplay in your Xbox account settings (on your actual live account). You may occasionally get put in with people, but more often than not it will just throw you in on your own.

I also wish they added this. But it’s Bungie. We’ve been asking for this for a while and they haven’t done it yet. I haven’t gotten my hopes up yet. Hopefully they will do it eventually

I think if I turn off crossplay on Xbox I literally don’t match with anyone

3 RepliesPC players used to be able to run a script that let you run everything solo but ever since a couple of seasons ago it causes the game to crash after about 15 minutes of play. Super annoying because I hate running strikes with other people and tired of feeling like i'm fighting my teammates to have the most fun.

The day before this season launched were matchmaking was bugged and you loaded into everything solo was the most amount of fun I had in a strike

If so then run strikes solo like every other PlayStation player can.
