Prime Game Loot not Showing in Game
I claimed the Prime Gaming Loot and it will not show up in game. I have done every trouble shooting step including re linking accounts, restarting game etc. On the prime gaming website it says "claimed" but under the bungie website it says it has not been claimed. My bungie account is correctly linked to my twitch and no one shares my account. I filed a ticket with amazon and they got back to me and said since it says "claimed" they can't do anything and to ask the Bungie side of things. If anyone can help me with this I would appreciate it greatly.

1 ReplyHi there, Thanks for reaching out. Double check that you have the correct Bungie.net account linked to your Prime Gaming account. You can verify if you have successfully linked your Prime Gaming account to your current Bungie.net profile by navigating to Settings > Accounts & Linking, and navigating down to the Authorized Applications section. If you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else keep in mind that only one reward may be granted per Amazon Prime account. Please also check your Partner Rewards page on your Bungie.net account to see if the reward was claimed successfully. If problems persist we recommend relinking your Twitch Prime and Bungie.net accounts to be ready to receive the next Prime Gaming drop.
