Guardian rises mission completed stuck
so i grabbed the guardian rises quest in the quest archive without thinking, and now everytime i need to go to cosmodrome i need to play the "The Guardian Rises" quest even though i already finished it and everytime i want to finish the second time it doesnt show me where to go after going out of the building,it doesnt even show on my quests, so im stuck...
however the only fix i can think of is requesting for my friend to go to cosmodrome and let him leave after that.

Having the same issue, it has said completed forever. Like since the mission first came out. I actually quit playing because of it. I thought hey new season etc maybe it's fixed, nope! Bungie no Fungie

Hi there, Thanks for your report. We're currently investigating this issue. Some players report that remaining in the area and defeating enemies will eventually allow the quest to successfully progress.

Having the same issue you are, any objective or quests fail to pop up once coming back outside the cosmodrome, even if you kill the tank or any enemies there is no new objective that pops up. I have tried leaving the instance and re-entering to try to trigger an objective to pop up with no luck. All routes are also closed off in the level basically soft locking you. I have deleted and made a new character twice with no luck still having the same issue as well as verifying game files/cache with no luck. At the moment there is also 4 other people in my instance alone that are all stuck here as well. Heres a video that is not from me but from another playing who is having the issue posted today.
