Master Vox Obscura Triumph
I've completed Master Vox Obscura but did not get the master vox obscura triumph. I did how receive the Dead Messenger Catalyst for completing it. Breezy#2261

Catalyst comes from chest opening, which is done before mission ends. You need to wait for dialogue at end to finish before mission ends. So getting catalyst doesn’t equate to finishing the mission.
