Im glad I leveled up my resilience because the more irrelevant the stat the better
Im glad Resilience is so important to the PvP aspect of this game because, as a titan main, I hate not running around every corner and baiting anyone that shoots me first after .5 seconds of recovery time
As a titan main, if Im not locked into the same exact gameplay style of hunters then this game would be a failure
Its great
This game is the opposite of counterintuitive

resilience should reduce flinch

Edited by WulfPak666: 4/6/2022 2:43:22 PMResilience doesn't seem to do much at all except maybe let you survive some very specific PvP damage. (Thorn dot, Stasis freeze, etc...) Or if you want Well or Bubble to have more HP. That's basically it. In PvE, I haven't seen much difference in survivability with low or high resilience. If anything, slapping Dampening, Resist and protective mods do more for your survivability in PvE than Resilience. Oddly enough I find that I die faster in PvE (and Gambit) when I run high Resilience. Go figure. Most PvE mains I've played with spec all into recov and then whichever ability they use the most, Grenade or Super usually. Come to think of it, that's not much different than what PvP peeps spec into. Resilience is one of those stats that if Bungie made it do what it's suppose to do, it would probably break pvp. Imagine all the Handcannon peeps getting mad salty if their normal 3 tap turns into a 5 tap vs a 100 Resil player. Maybe 100 Resil would let you survive a Scorn Crossbow? 🤔

Dude you don't even ask a question in the poll lmao

A titans resilience stat is more important than ever with the splendor helm now. Its 2022, and I've seen more 100 res titans than I ever have.
-
Resilence sucks in pve too. Damage resistance mods do better.

1 ReplyMobility the worst Stat doesn't even effect sprint speed just walk speed so dumb
-
1 ReplyHonestly the main reason to run high resil is the faster barricade cooldown, but the same is true for Hunters and their dodge so.
-
Armor does work. If you have low armor in crucible bullets literally track you and shotguns snipe you. High armor you can tank shots and survive random things. It works just not as you imagine.
-
Resilience works in this game and it's fine. If Bungie were to buff it the forums would turn into rubber ducky mode.

1 ReplyTitan void barricade, and Loreley Splendor and you still think it’s useless lol

Being able to tank a headshot from eriana’s with tier 10 resil was great.

2 RepliesBungie made resilience matter, because titans who use 10 resilience can tank a lorentz body shot with the sunspot damage buff. I guess it’s one way to counter Loreley splendor.
-
Resilience shouldn't change health It should reduce flinch and knockback
-
6 RepliesResilience has only mattered once and thats when 120’s were meta. If you didn’t want to get killed by a 2 headshot one body you needed at least 5-6 resilience to survive a 120. Now that 140’s are meta yet again, resilience doesn’t matter. No lie the meta was probably the most balanced back when 120’s were meta.

3 RepliesI'm still waiting here waiting for Mobility to affect Sprint speed so it becomes more lucrative to anyone instead of being the Hunters practically required focus because of our dodge... Even Tier 10 for 20% Sprint or 10% that stacks with lightweight/enhanced sprint perks...
-
Why not both?
-
For Titans? Both.

Resilience in Trials has never felt more needed this week with the great Sunspot cheese builds running rampant. Although I always run 80/90 Resilience and Recovery anyways, keeping my health up longer and regeneration kicking in quicker.
