Bungie store customer support

I'm just looking for any kind of help or if anybody has ever heard back from the store customer support. I still have a Guardian games jacket that i ordered last year and still have not gotten any update on it. I've been reaching and filled out the form on the site and always get that generic email back with no answer. I'll let weeks and months go by with nothing. It sucks cause I'm now weary about buying anything else at all and feel like I've been scammed by someone I should have been able to trust. Just wondering if anyone has had any success or if it's all just horror stories. Edit: I know I’m not going to get direct store help here. Was just more so a question if if anyone has ever gotten a response back and usually how long did it take. I’ve been to the link and have reached out many times. That’s the point I’m bringing up is that it does nothing and was just wondering if it was ever different for anyone else.

    • Hi there. As others have mentioned, the forums cannot help with Bungie Store issues or questions regarding orders. It is also not good to make repeated requests to their customer service as that just adds to the backlog of requests they have to go through. As far as we know, there are still ongoing supply chain delays from vendors that have increased the time to produce things for Bungie drastically. Shipments are also being sent out in batches by first come first serve, so when you will get your order will depend on several factors. They have recently provided an updated schedule for pre-order items you can check (link in banner at the top of the Store site): https://bungiestore.com/shippingupdate If you don't see the item you ordered on the list, then unfortunately you will have to wait for a new update to the schedule or for them to respond to one of your previous inquiries.

    • The bungie store has horrible customer service practices. However the forums can't help you in anyway. You gotta keep trying with the store to resolve it.
