Cant find old account
I bought the extended pre release of the game back in 2017, but stopped/couldn’t play for an extended amount of time. I am trying to get back into it, but can find no trace of my previous account. I spent $80 back then and although i would love to have the profile back, is there at least a way to restore purchases? Or how could i find the original account?

9 RepliesHi there! Character data is tied to your platform account, so there would be no need to look for any old Bungie.net profiles. So long as you are logging into the correct platform account, you would be able to access your characters.
