Character doesn't show up on D2 website or companion app
I've been playing for a couple of weeks on a pc account now and I keep having the same problem with my companion app and the D2 site. I've linked my PS4 account with my steam account and I can only see the 3 old characters of my PS4 (these are from 2017 or smth). Is there any way for me to access my steam character and why does it not show up?

6 RepliesAs you do not have Cross-Save enabled, when accessing the Companion App or the website, you'll need to make sure you select your Steam ID in the dropdown box when looking at your profile. You may need to log out then log back in using your Steam login credentials.
