Hey, This would indicate that you are playing on a completely different account then the one that you have linked to your current Bungie.net profile. Any account that is linked to your bungie profile will have the name "Drewskie98#2265" if the 4 numbers on the end are different then that means you are playing on a different account and why you also cant see your characters. Please double check the steam account you are playing is the same that is linked to [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/User/Profile/254/9881000/Drewskie98]this[/url] profile. Furthermore you have cross save set up using your PSN account as the main saves, if this in incorrect then you will need to deactivate cross save and link then set the correct preference.
