So as we all know there's in game voice chat implemented into Destiny 2 it also works with cross platform as well. Now for some reason I'm not able to hear my friends in game, I have voice chat turned on (Default) and team voice channel set to Manually opt-in(Default). I know if you have other platforms with different settings you would need to log onto said platform and change the settings on that platform. For example: If I'm on PlayStation with voice chat off and I'm on PC with voice chat on, it will not work unless I go to PlayStation to turn in it on. I've done everything I can and my in game voice chat will not work, if anyone can please help it would mean so much to me... This is a problem because I switched to PC and I'm not able to hear my console clanmates and we've been planning to day one clear the raid.

I know this is late but I had the same issue. The way I found to fix it was go into my sound setting in windows and disable everything that wasn't my main speaker output. For some reason the game was trying to output audio to my monitor instead of my headphones/speakers. I wish I could find the guide for this that I used but it works great now.

Resetting sound settings, then restarting the game works for me, I have to do it every time I launch the game.
