No Year in Review Email
so ive noticed this is the second year I haven't received any emails whatsoever from Bungie.
Ive received emails from Bungie Store and the Bungie Foundation but nothing from Bungie, not even promotional emails.
and I just double checked and I do have my notifications set up for email and my account says email verified so im really baffled here.
Please help as I would very much like to get these awesome year end results of my accomplishments in the game I devote a lot of time into.

Bungie help tweeted this and it worked for me and resulted in the email being sent in less than 24 hours.

My clan members got their email showing their standings for year end going into lightfall I have not received mine

I keep getting nothing. I changed the email, then put back my original one, verified it again. Then I unchecked all options, saved, checked everything again, saved. But nothing. I will probably never receive this email :(

I have not gotten mine either. All the correct marketing requirements have been selected for years. 😢

Annnnd I still don't have it. I've check all the boxes, un checked them, changed my email address and verified it and then redid all the steps and still don't have it.

1 ReplyWhat is your email provider? I have not gotten mine either and my email has been verified for years with marketing turned on. Im using a Hotmail address. Some of my friends using a google email have gotten theirs.

Didn't get my Year in Review email either. I have been receiving the notices about unlocking rewards and able to buy stuff like the Moments of Triumph T-Shirt and the medals ypu get when you complete 'Seals'. I am able receive these emails all the time. But that's it.

1 Reply10 + years in Bungie.net more than 6,000 hours dedicated playing their games. Buying merch to support the company. Email and phone verified, and I have never received an email from Bungie. No special offers, no surveys, zero. I have clan mates that barely play and they receive stuff. What am I missing?

I got mine in email, but share link does not work and not sure how to save picture either.

I 1000% feel the same way. I shouldn't feel annoyed but I play and devote a lot of time and money to this game to not get emails and I don't know why. I'm verified and the email is not in my spam/deleted, etc email folder. I wish someone from Bungie would address this.

4 RepliesYeah all my clanmates were looking though theirs and I didn't get the year in review thing, so I was pretty surprised to see I had all emails turned on.

I didn't get one either which really sucks since I'm on several destiny FB pages and everyone else is sharing theirs. 😓
