If I upgrade from PS4 to PS5 will I have to rebuy anything?
I know Expansions dont typically transfer between playforms. But since they are the same company will I get a free upgrade or something? Or would I have to buy everything again on ps5

No it’s account bound as long as you use the same psn account your good

Just sign in to your new PS5 with the same user and go to the library and it will be available to download. Be sure to get the PS5 version and you can safely delete the PS4 one.
