How do I get Assassin’s Cowl?

I have completed shadowkeep but i didn't get the assassins cowl, the only mission for the campaign i can do is beyond and I don't know what else to do.

4 RepliesReplying to clear up a bit of confusion. Since you’ve never unlocked it before, you need to first complete the Shadowkeep campaign on your hunter to unlock it initially. Then, it becomes a world RNG drop or from exotic engrams.

Believe it’s a random drop from PvE activities. I got mine to drop in the Scarlet Keep strike.
