Unable to join target player
The last few days I can’t seem to join other players when they invite me to a game. I don’t get an error code but just get a message saying “Unable to join target player. Please try again later.” I can still join people who are on my friends list but cannot join in any LFG groups. I have tried resetting the game, console, router, made sure that NAT type is open and even checked that there were no parental settings or anything turned on. Still cannot join other players games. Kinda at a lost on what’s going on.

You're not alone dude. The only way I've been able to get into groups is by dragging those who actually managed to group up. i.e. Swim, Swam, Swan are trying to play together. Swim joined Swam but Swan is "Unable to join target player". Swam needs to go to the helm or tower(social area) and drag his teammates to Swan. If that doesnt work, the fireteam leader needs to be juggled until someone can drag to fire team to each member who can't join.
