Hello!
I decided to take on the Shadowkeep campaign for the first time.
I reached the "In the Deep" Step.
I start it from the bone circle.
I go down to the catacombs, open the first door by standing on it, proceed inside, kill all enemies in the next room and then I am stuck.
The door won't open. The diamond pointer is behind the door.
Going back to the beginning of the mission and going back to the door changes nothing.
Tried this mission multiple times.
I played the mission Solo.
I checked on youtube some guides and in all of them the door opens automatically.
As a solution I wanted to drop the quest and take it again, unfortunately I now cannot drop the quest, it's the only one where the "discard" shortcut is not available.
Is this a known issue?
Do you have a solution for it?

Still happens. Just got legacy collection 24, still happens. Had to abandon and resume the mission, but slower

I just purchased the Legacy Collection (2023) to start some campaigns and get deeper into Destiny 2. Currently, the Legacy Collection contains WQ, BL and SK expansions. This exact issue is still happening. As if the base F2P wasn't confusing enough, I pay to play and this is the first experience?! Fix your product.

This is STILL HAPPENING on PC :(

You just have to start it again and go slowly. I got it to not break the second time through.

1 ReplySame problem here on an Xbox. I'll have to see if the 'Clear console cache' works.

Hi there, Thanks for your report. We recommend clearing your download/ console cache and restarting the mission, you can find the steps to do so based on your platform below.
