Turn down or fix aim assist on console.
Aim assist in Destiny 2 is really strong. Which normally wouldn't be an issue except when Aim assist activates the aim assist box is so big that it slows your turning radius BEFORE you're on target making it very hard to turn your aim on to target, you feel like you have to hard pull the sticks.

I would love just a 0 to 100 slider for aim assist. 100 being where if currently is now. I don't think we need MORE aim assist, but being able to turn it down would be so nice.

1 ReplyI hate it more when your about to kill a opponent and another just jumps across, and voop there goes your aim giving them a free kill, happens to me multiple times a match, agree it needs to be turned down.

Its why PC players(and streamers) stick shame console players or why a console player says "sniping is easy." Console is about focusing on positioning and letting the game aim for you. PC is about hyper-mobility. The only thing the 2 sides can agree on is F ximmers.

2 RepliesI love how so many of you actually believe you will do better without aim assist on controller. Go try to kill shoot your teammates and then you will realize how wrong you are.

Turn off Reticle Stickiness and Pull and reduce aa on certain weapons to match mnk.

1 ReplyThey need an option like CoD which allows you to change the aim assist settings from being a broader radius and less sticky when on target, to a smaller radius but stickier when on target. Less of dragging you off target when some dude appears on the edge of your screen

I love it because when I'm in a 1v1 and have my opponent dead to rights, but then his partner runs across the background and my gun magically says, "oooh I wanna follow that guy now" and it targets him instead and I lose. Oh and it's even worse in PvE 🤣 Absolutely Love it. 🤷
