Can having cheat engine installed get me banned?
I have just installed cheat engine to play modded borderlands 2, can just having it installed get me banned by battle eye as I have read that it can happen as battle eye can read it as me cheating even when it is not open.

If its running AT ALL you will get banned. Even if you were running it for offline games and for to turn it off, you get banned. Simply put its not worth it.
