Exo Stranger Bugged / Can't Obtain Aspect of Influence Quest
When I visit the Exo Stranger her inventory is empty, but she's constantly flashing like there is something that needs to happen. Second, the quest for the Aspect of Influence is missing entirely. I can't retrieve it from Quest Archive or from Exo Stranger. Has anyone encountered this issue or know if there is a solution for it?
