Destiny 1: The collection expired codes
Purchased a brand new copy of destiny 1 and came with expired codes, was wondering if there was a way to get new ones

Sorry but no. All D1 codes have long since expired and are useless now. Bungie can not help you as they did not issue the codes in the first place. Your only option is to return the disc to the retailer you bought it from and get a refund. The only way to get the dlc now is to buy D1 digitally off your console's store as part of a pack which also contains the base game.
