Helmet, legs antoken of the lost prismatic lens, how do you complete?
I feel like I am missing something. Helmet, legs and token of the lost all say to complete open Astral alignment chests but I have opened several and not completed. Do I have to get that particular item on drop from the chest?
Please let me know, I would appreciate it.

I have unlocked all the prismatic lenses except the head one (Helmet of the lost), even I'm not sure what am I supposed to do to unlock it.
