Dead Man's Tale catalyst didn't drop
I had three copies of Dead Man's Tale and something dropped once and I thought I got it for free, but then checked and I didn't have it. Later, I decided to do the Master Presage quest and eventually completed it but it was on my warlock and all my quest stuff is on my Titan, my main. Yesterday, I was on Titan, made sure I had the quest and finished the quest but it still didn't drop. I think that's because it dropped already maybe? I had a theory that maybe I should not have deleted the first DMT but I don't know. I just hope it corrects itself or I'm going to have to open a ticket somehow.

Hey, The Dead Man's Tale catalyst doesn't drop from completing master Presage. It's awarded after completing the "At Your Fingertips" quest. Once you've completed master Presage with the quest in your inventory, you need to visit Zavala who will have the catalyst for you.
