I can no longer obtain or progress Xenology quests on my hunter.
I turned in Xenology quest on my Warlock. The next day, I noticed I still had the quest on my hunter and titan. This quest was now on the return to Xur step. Since Xur was gone, I waited until He came back around. I went to Xur on my titan and tried to turn the quest in again. I mistakenly thought I was ahead somehow. Nothing happened when I tried to turn the quest in, so I abandoned the quest and picked up a new Xenology quest on my titan with 0 progress and went on about my day. I did 3 strikes on my titan. I swapped to warlock, and picked up Xenology. I did 3 strikes on my warlock. I abandoned the completed quest from last week on my hunter and tried to pick up a new quest. On my hunter there was no quest available from Xur. I did 3 strikes on my hunter. I've since done more strikes and only the strikes from my warlock and titan are progressing the Xenology quest. In the past, even if I only picked up the quest on one character, progress was made no matter who did a strike. So it seems to me my hunter is now broken somehow as it pertains to Xenology quest progression.

1 ReplyHey, If you were able to progress Xenology on a character that did not have the quest in their inventory, that was a bug. You should only be able to progress the quest if a character has it. Your hunter should have access to Xenology again the next time Xur appears after collecting the cipher from the one you're currently working on.
