Not getting Nightfall Adept Weapon and isn't it supposed to be a common drop?
I'm not getting any drops for Hung Jury SR4 while people i play with is getting at least one on every run. I only have gotten 3 out of 15 runs or so, why is this happening?
This happened to me also on Glassway, several runs and no drops.

Edited by ELEMENTCORP: 7/6/2021 11:44:57 AMSo, after asking as much people as I could and observing the game behavior, I think I found a possible solution for this issue, and yes it is still an issue because the drops are not working properly and its on bungie side to fix the game. 1.- You need to always have space on the weapons slots where the Adept weapon is gonna drop (Kinetic, Special or Heavy), a possible solution will be by activating farming mode on DIM. 2.- You need to avoid hoarding engrams (prime, bright and/or umbral) on your inventory (or at least avoid having all 10 slots occupied). The problem with an Adept weapon drop is that if your respective weapon slots and engrams inventory are full, it will drop as an Legendary engram and will be sent directly to your postmaster, and once you go to the post master to open it, the game will give you a world drop instead of a "focused Adept drop" as it should be since its an adept weapon. Hope I can help you and your friends a little with this.

Unfortunately it's just RNG. I got extremely fortunate with the one and only adept Hung Jury roll I got, but I cannot say that my luck will be as good once Palindrome rolls in with a 33% drop rate on top of the general drop rate.

14 RepliesI don't get why u people are wasting ur time with those GMs...........its wasted time on a gun that isn't a guarantee drop and even if u do get one the rolls are random. So it's pointless doing them because u can get one with sh!t rolls so u did all that headache work for nothing. Any adept weapon from something as a ****ing headache as GMs should be a guarantee drop with set rolls or a much smaller perk pool so u have a higher chance of getting a god roll. Otherwise there is no point at all in doing them.

I’ve gotten 6 from my 8 runs, just a rng issue. I’ve heard prosperity helps? I’m not sure, it might be going to your postmaster, that’s where I’d check first

1 ReplyPer my rng luck, and I am beyond serious… Accidentally leaving my gambit spoils mod on in the nf has actually had my specific weapon drop.. It has also actually boosted my drops in gambit while leaving the vanguard spoils mod on. I am just sharing this because maybe someone else will notice that maybe the spoils mods are not working as intended? Or it could just be my rng luck.

Best advice I can give is just try not to think about it, when it finally does drop it’ll be a nice surprise and you’ll have saved yourself from the stress of worrying.

That is just abysmal luck. I've probably done like 15 runs and only didn't get 1 twice.

2 RepliesIt took my 50+ last week to get 2 Plug One.1 fusion rifles and of course they didn’t come with the perks I wanted. I finally got around to doing VOG which is actually really fun but then get 4 gauntlets in a row on my Warlock. This isn’t an occasional occurrence either. I’m starting to get to the point where I’m not even wanting to play due to the horrible RNG.

GMs should be a guaranteed drop imo. Especially if the GM is say Glassway.

Of my last 30 legendary and master platinum ordeals I have zero drops. I had enough and played a different game today, D2 is too stingey with loot

Kill all champions and get platinum score. Bungie admitted back in feb I think that getting platinum increases your chances for adept drops

Are you using the Ghost Perk for increased legendary drops in strikes? It helps your chances

I had two games where one didn’t drop. It sucks, but I know for a fact it’s intentional. It increases grind, and since grandmasters are technically easier the trials, they use it as an excuse to not make them guaranteed to drop. It sucks, but they don’t care. Bungie desperately needs every single person they can get on their population charts, as it makes their game look better.
