Transfer my D1 character to D2
So I played destiny since release in 2015 and stopped playing in 2016 before D2 and had over 20 light level on all characters and completed story mode. Why when I start D2 after trying to get into it are my characters not appearing? I followed all requirements and it even showed my memories of events I completed with friends from years ago, how can I fix this and get my characters back?

Hi there. Are you playing with the same account for both games? Your characters were automatically imported to D2 on the same PSN account as long as they met the minimum requirements by August 2017. It sounds like they were since you got the veteran intro cinematics that recognized those characters' achievements in D1. Please note that only character classes and appearances were imported to D2. None of our weapons, armor, or other items.
