Hi Bungie(and fellow guardians). So I just got a horrible call from my best friend and fireteam member since D1 [u]Beta[/u], that all his characters were [b]gone[/b]. We were just about to hop on to play some Iron Banner. He realized it when he signed in at a blank newly created/generated(?) character, a random titan at 1113 at the start of the game(w/ no weapons). He had 3 characters which, like I said, he has played since D1 Beta/Vanilla. Now he checked and his legacy, all his previous stats, all his vaulted items(not the ones on his character) still exist. So his characters and everything on them disappeared. Now I had him check his heatmap to see if anyone played on his account since he last did and it shows nothing. Trials report shows his stats but it shows up as the titan with no weapons. Now I looked this up for the last 20 mins extensively to find that Bungie has no support number/email or ticket system for major issues like this and simply says that they don't restore accounts or items from deletion or account hacks. This forum is all we got. So here's to hoping someone from Bungie sees and can fix this soon. We do not know if this was an account hack(as nothing showed up on the heatmap) or an error on Bungies side of things. [u]Please[/u]. Please help us get to the bottom of this Bungie. His Gamertag is oxCLAYxo. If he loses everything permanently he will quit Destiny all together and that may push me out and our 3rd fireteam member as well. We can't lose him. We have put LITERALLY [u]thousands[/u] of hours and [u]hundreds[/u] of dollars into this game and it would devastate us if this were not fixed. Please help Bungie, we love you, we love Destiny and there are so many bright things on the horizon and we want to experience them [u]together[/u]. I'm going to tag or link him and our other fireteam member and he can explain further.
