Twitch Prime rewards
Twitch Prime says I have claimed this months readers successfully, however when I go to retrieve them, they aren't there.. This has happened before and I have complained about it. How can I get them?

I believe there was a delay but i have been able to pick mine up today

1 ReplyI don’t know if it was just a delay in the system, but my rewards finally showed up with Holiday when I logged in just now.

1 ReplyThe same thing is happening to me, I have all 12 of the previous drops, but not the graviton lance drop.

Same happen to my account an unlinking/linked showed no effect! But account are connected as Twitch and Bungie shows. Any solution yet in sight?

I am having a similar issue - this months have unlocked for me in my partner rewards, but #11 and #12 did not unlock for me despite having claimed the drops on Prime. Went through all the steps as per the FAQ but nothing has resolved the issue. Have been waiting about 3 weeks for a response from Bungie, but not a peep yet...

So far I've managed to relink the account using the relink URL in the faq (in question 13) and got the notification confirming it had been linked but no reward. I'm still waiting for the graviton lance bundle to appear in partner rewards or in Amanda's inventory so there's a chance amazon may have tried to apply the reward though the expired token and therefore wont let me add it to the updated one. There's a good chance this bundle might just be unclaimable now but relink using the relink URL in Question 13 of the faq (Q2s link doesn't appear to be working) then check notifications to see if it has linked properly then hopefully future bundles will work.

Having the same problem. Unlinked then relinked both Twitch and Prime Gaming yet still no rewards in-game.

1 ReplySame, followed Prime's instructions to unlink Twitch account on Bungie's website and link again, but nothing showing up with Holiday.
