How do I get the europa helm quest?

I've done the whole campaign and I have the rest of the armor but I can't get the helm I even found all three chests and still nothing I looked it up too it seems I'm not the only one with this issue

u need the stasis chest on europa's map when u open one of them it gave u a quest i hope i was helpful

You need to complete reclaiming europa quest the second step will unlock the quest for europa helm
