Abandoned quest not showing up at original quest giver or abandoned quests kiosk
So I was doing the Beyond Light quests from the Exo Stranger to get the two memory fragments to unlock the first fragments for the stasis subclass and saw I had to pick from the three activities. I picked up one Vanguard one and reluctantly one Gambit one (incorrectly assuming I had to pick two different ones.) When I found out through a friend that I could pick two for the same activity I went back and abandoned my Gambit quest hoping to pick up a second Vanguard so I could get both done at the same time while grinding strikes. Then title happened.

I had the same issue. Abandoned one of these quests and can't find it at the new quest counter or at Elsie bray
