Beyond light purchased but not letting me continue in campaign
So bassicly I preordered the second version with the DLC and 1 season of the pass, I’ve got on the servers and saved Variks, now I’ve tried to pick up the next campaign quest and it says I need the dlc even though I clearly paid for it. Oh also my season pass isn’t active so I can’t even claim my rewards. Can anyone help?

Bungie, don’t tell me it doesn’t show i own because I literally do and my hunter history shows it. This needs to be fixed or I need a refund. This problem has been going on for 4 years now apparently. STOP DODGING ACCOUNTABILITY AND FIX YOUR GAME!!!

Sorry for the necro post, but this is one of the first threads on Google when searching "beyond light campaign not showing up" - for what it's worth: If the quest marker does not appear on Europe next to Variks and there is not flag outside to start the quest (nor is the quest listed in the Quest Archive) try the following: - Leave your fireteam - Go to the Director and navigate to Europe - There should be no way for you to land and only a big quest marker for "Darkness's Doorstep" --> This is the actual pre-requisite mission for "Beyond Light". - Complete it, get teleported to Europe and speak with Variks to go through another cutscene and get the actual campaing starter quest "Beyond Light". Was driving me nuts for a good hour trying to get in with a friend to start the campaign cooperatively. Hope it helps others facing the same issue.

1 ReplyGo to the archive in the tower. Beyond light should be in the first tab on your right i picked beyond light there. For some reason it wasn't showing on my map.

1 ReplyIdk if anyone is still having this trouble but I have the same thing going on. Checked variks, nothing. Checked the quest archives, nothing. Restarted like Bungie told me to and nothing. I'm running out of options and I don't want to upgrade when I already have everything. I bought the dlc many months ago and already finished all the missions but I just want to resolve this. Any help please? 😭

1 ReplyI bought Beyond Light with the season pass, and I haven't been able to play beyond light AT ALL. It gave me the season pass, but it says I need to purchase Beyond Light even though I've already bought it. I have proof of purchase if that's what is necessary, but this is really getting annoying because I'm not able to progress in the game. I'm not asking for a refund, I just want to be able to play Beyond Light.

Purchased beyond light 2 days ago and the campaign seems to have stopped at step 34. I can't seem to access the tower for some reason. Its telling me I need to buy the full game, which I have done. Can someone please help me out??

@BNGHelp6 I have beyond light and I’ve already started playing it I’m on step 15 or 16 I believe where you have to talk to Variks. However, when I logged on today I played a campaign mission and communed with the darkness, after I went to go talk with Variks and just nothing happened. He wouldn’t say or give me anything, when I check it says I don’t have beyond but that’s impossible since I see the quest and I’ve already started it. What do I do?

Im on playstation and in the game it says I don't have beyond light but playstation says I do. Any help? Tried everything on here.

So I re bought the dlc beyond light I had bought it when I was able to pre order it witch was 60 dollars at the time I got the pre order bonuses I got a notification saying I was refunded but dident really check my account I'm sure my 60 dollars never got refunded and I'm sure it's too late to get my refund but I re bought the dlc and now it wants me to pay another 30 dollars again wtf and I don't even get my season pass.

I preordered collectors edition through Bungie store and claim ghost, emblem and emote but now I can play campaign and season pass is locked like I don’t own. On my Bungie redemption history is shows I have the beyond light plus I checked my credit card statement and see that Bungie took $226 and nothing was ever refunded. Can we get some real answers please. I can also provide order number.

Same happened to me I have stasis on my titan and the no time to explain and suddenly it says I need to buy it AGAIN, bungie please get on this it’s affecting how I level up and my might screw me over for a week one raid completion. I love this game but bungie please stop stealing our money...
