How do i get a refund. I was banned on D2 for some reason since they dont want to tell you. I have no idea why i was banned ive never used hack like aimbot or walls. They can watch my gameplay and see me miss entire clips at people. Oh and my kd is probably double negative. This is in crucible of course which I probably only have 4 hours it at max. Ive played the game for just under 200hrs with no problems. I dont know why i was banned it couldve been because i kept lagging out of matches that day and they thought i was lag switching maybe i have no idea. But i put way to much time and money in this game for me to be banned. The least they could have done was said why. I did not do anything wrong when playing the game so i should not have been banned and if they are going to pull something like that i would like my money back.

3 RepliesGood luck getting money back. Companies will take your money in seconds but when it comes to getting it back it suddenly becomes a tennis game with you becoming the ball and being batted from department to department

1 ReplyAllo there, The forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for him to appeal his ban or restriction. If you want a refund then please speak to the retailer you bought the dlc from. Please review the Contact Form: Appeal Ban or Restriction article found here. Please note that, as mentioned in the article, there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that his ban or restriction will be overturned.
