Bungie, why do I have to rebuy ALL of my dlcs
Recently I switched from xbox to PC, about 3 month ago, and I was trying to do some exotic quests, ex Lumina, last word, etc. But it says I need forsaken, even though I already owned it. I have already made a ticket on this thats why its so short, so please Bungie, give me the dlcs that i already payed for back.

I 100% agree with you here.. they keep squeezing money outta this thing.. give back to keep your community alive.. it old content FFS.. your Idea of sunsetting was a terrible take generated around FOMO. Why do you think Investors Like me refuse to give you money.. you have bad leadership and your not humble about it.

All the comments on licencing fees are absolute bs. There is no reason bungie could not apply a blanket clause that platforms would keep any original fees but all platforms are open to cross save/transfer of DLC. Bungie should allow for users to play on multiple platforms for a product they have already purchased. It completely negates the need for cross save otherwise I certainly won't be using it now I know I have to repurchase all the DLC.this is just greed pure and simple.

I too find this to be outrageous. If they don't make you buy it more than times for playing on multiple pcs/multiples of the same consoles then they shouldn't make you pay to install the dlc multiple times. Especially considering within the updates they already have us installing the dlc and when you pay they simply unlock it. Licensing sounds like a bunch of smoke. We're on the same servers with the same characters(pc and xbox). We're made to install those dlcs before we buy them. We should, without any reason otherwise, be able to play what we pay for on the devices that allow us to play the game on the same server without any other hiccup.

All of us had to buy them twice, wait for a discount or go back to 30fps xbox.

Because there are fees associated with the licensing on the platforms. For example, Steam charges upto 30% of the sale price as their cut, Microsoft, Sony, and Google have their own, most likely similar fees. So it would cost 120% of the sale price of the expansion to have a universal buy once play everywhere license.

3 RepliesYou bought a license to play then in xbox. Why would steam give you the licenses for free. You don't get CoD on pc if you buy it in console, the dlcs are no different.
