Can't unlink my steam account
I am trying to unlink my steam account because I accidentally linked the incorrect account, but when I click "Unlink" it simply won't unlink the account, is there a way a Bungie employee could manually do this, or give me other options to unlink my steam account?

If you are signed into the website with your Steam credentials, then you will not be able to unlink that account. You would need to sign in using your linked Xbox account, in order to unlink the Steam account. Bungie staff cannot unlink platform accounts, as the account must be authenticated by the account owner, via the platform login system. Bungie do not have access to the private login information for user platform accounts.

Allo there, If you have cross save enabled then you'll need to disable that before you can unlink an account. If you have done that it not got it enabled then you'll need to sign into your Xbox account and then unlink your steam account there. As you can't unlink an account you're signed into.

Hi Huni, Have you tried any other browsers? Not all browser meet compatibility compliant requirements and vice versa for websites... I'd advise testing the 'Unlink' button again in another browser :-)! When in doubt, revert back to Internet Explorer! Although it's a terrible browser, most websites aim to make their sites compatible with IE purely because it's the default and only installed browser on most OS. If that doesn't work, I would advise clearing out any cookies cached from your browser! You can download a software call CCleaner which is excellent at this :-) !
