Allo there, This help forum is the way for you to get help as Bungie has no email for support. Try going to bungie.net and signing in then, - Click Clan at the top - Click Settings on the left (under Member Sections) - scroll down a little bit and find the other person in your clan. There should be a Promote button under their banner if they are a member (next to ban/kick). Click that, and then find their banner again and the button should change to Set as Founder. Do not click their name on the right side roster. Look for their name/banner in the middle of that page under the buttons to change the clan info.
