Character required to join
I can’t join any fire teams in the app. It just says “character required to join”. But when I click on my profile my characters are clearly there. Worst time for this to happen during double drops.

1 ReplyHey there! Clear your app cache by going to Settings > App Settings > Delete Cache as well as Delete Content Database. Otherwise, you can do a full uninstall of the app and reinstall it.
