As the titles says, once you’ve achieved the Flawless seal then the trials glow should always stay. I doubt if anyone actually does trials just for the glow, but it would be an appropriate reward for getting that seal.

I think the glow version of the armor should become available as an ornament in pve indefinitely at least. Especially considering you probably don't want to be glowing in pvp
-
1 ReplyWhere does it say that the seal gives you a permanent glow? And do you get it on all characters cause I have the seal but it only glow permanently on my Titan and not on my Hunter and Warlock.
-
6 RepliesNope. You want to keep your braging rights? Keep earning it.

6 RepliesAnd you should be removed from regular pool of guardians for MM

26 RepliesOnce you get the Flawless seal, you should only be matched against other players with the Flawless seal. Change my mind.

I hate trials and will never play it in d2. However, I fully agree with this post. For the hard work and stress players have to put in to go flawless, a weekend glow is just insulting
-
Yeah. They really messed up the rewards for trials. No incentive for most of it really.
-
1 ReplyI’d like to be able to toggle it on and off, it’s kind of too bright on certain armor pieces
-
1 ReplyThe glows should be ornaments, like how it was in D1.
-
1 ReplyIt is so you login and play more, the Bungie way.

Then, how else would they make you grind for it again every weekend? Think about it...... I totally agree, BTW. But they have to inflate the grind somehow to assure people play.
-
The point is to make you go flawless every week.

Edited by Sweet Lew 88: 8/31/2020 4:54:02 PMI think it's just a way to get you to go flawless every week.
-
I really like this idea. Although it's always a motivation to go flawless once in a week.
-
Honestly it seems legit. go flawless armor should glow. isnt that the entire point of the set and going flawless? You got this unbroken's +1
-
No way I remember in d1 solo a nightfall you got your blue glow for a week then you had to do it again it's a trial of passage
-
A toggle for on and off is whats needed
-
Kinda wish seals granted more than just titles. Titles are cool and all, but once you get multiple you'd probably want something else to show off more than one. Doesn't have to be anything huge; just an emote or emblem or something.
-
7 RepliesBut Bungie has to get us to waste our time! You know the rules, and so do I
-
Come on now. That would mean that getting a Title would actually mean something. And Bungie doesn't want that. How dare they make us feel like everything we've done matters.
-
Great idea.

I agree, then getting 7 wins for the solstice legs would be easier if the flawless people didn’t feel the need to do it every weekend -
Well, not quite. Because you choose your glow, and the glow is more or less to show continued effort. That you are making yourself worthy. And between the slew of cheaters, ddos'rs, account recovs, and the really weird match making, it's hard to say if going flawless should let you automatically keep your glows for as long as the season lasts. How many people actually earn seals nowadays? Hard to say. The amount of services for getting seals, raid clear farming just for stats, pinnacle weapons and the likes is absolutely absurd. So even if you have a flawless seal, I'm just going to shake my head is the fact that it is earned either by paying for it or just straight up using the cheesiest of strats for it. Nothing worse that starting a trials match, looking down a lane, and seeing that distinctive glow and feed update that the opponents are already 3rd person peeking. You don't deserve anything if you used it even once, even if it was for retaliation. Not even once kids. Smoother brains after even one use.

4 RepliesIf you're good enough to get the Flawless title it should only take you about 40 minutes to go flawless every week....
