So I'm no longer interested in Bungies vision of the Destiny future. Is there anyway, besides asking my credit card to reverse the charges, that I can refund this transaction? I will not be playing D2 or its content anymore and I would really like my money back for a DLC I will not play. Suggestions?

Hey there. To receive a refund, you'll need to contact the platform that you pre-ordered the game from.

xbox sent me an email with the explanation of it being delayed and a you know button to click to "manage your order". Looked fairly straightforward to me.

Hey there! Emails were sent to everyone regarding Beyond Light preorders for PlayStation. It asked if you want to keep the preorder or cancel it. Check your email and it should be there. This is only if you preordered digitally through the PSN Store. Otherwise you can still contact the retailer you preordered it from.

5 RepliesIn your case it will depend where your pre order was made. Link for Playstation store is below Source https://support.playstation.com/s/article/Requesting-a-Refund?language=en_US I was not able to pull info Steam, but I believe you can, they will just credit your account.
