Can I get this shader back if I dismantle this gun? It's a very old gun.
I have a masterworked Widow's Bite that I put a New Monarchy shader on. I want the shader. I like the gun. I've had it for years because it looks awesome. But if I could get the shader off of it. I would dismantle it. The shader isn't in my collections since I got it before we had collections. Its called New Monarchy Diamonds. Its a blue shader not legendary. I feel like it'll just get dismantled too if I do it to the gun. Is there another way to get those old new monarchy shaders? And will it be dismantled along with the gun?

Edited by Metalnordie: 8/14/2024 1:29:21 AMHey! Sorry that no one has replied so far, but in case you haven't dismatled your gun already, don't do it, it won't work. Since the shader is not available anymore and won't drop from items, like the forge shaders did, I am afraid there's no way to obtain it back any soon. The only thing you can do is keep the weapon and wait for the devs to add a feature to the game that detects applied shaders that aren't in your collections automatically.
