Suppression is somehow useless against bosses when it's needed most?
Enemy phalanxes are not suppressed by tethers nor titan grenades and are still able to use abilities.

If you're talking about actual bosses and Champions, I don't think they've ever been able to be suppressed. Pretty sure it's normally just red-bars and majors that you could do that to.
