Hey,
so my bother and I had decided to get back into Destiny and he just built a PC and purchased the upgrade edition. We were under the impression that we can Family Share the DLC's like with most other things on steam. Is this correct or will I also have to purchase the DLC's again?
We have tried it and it has not worked. I have even removed the game from my library so that it says D2 is from his library and on the website it says that I also own the DLC's so I am a little confused.
Thanks!

1 ReplyAllo there, Unfortunately as you own the base game since it's a free 2 play title you will need to buy the DLC in order to play it. https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3784-QLBM-5731
DLC and in-game content A borrower will have access to the lender's games and DLC, but only if the borrower does not also own the base game. If a they already own the game, they'll need to purchase the DLC themselves in order to play it. For free to play games, DLC cannot be shared since all Steam users "own" the game.
