I had just recently ordered the Guardians for Australia t-shirt and upon looking at the order form it was telling me it was being sent to a different location than the one I had put into the information box. I’ve sent an email asking to cancel the order like I was asked to if something like this happened but I have not gotten any confirmation on if it has been canceled. The fact there is no customer support phone number makes this harder. If you read this thank you and please look into this problem.

1 ReplyAnything related to the Bungie Store needs to go through their support system. The Bungie Store itself is run by the Bungie Foundation, which is a separate entity from Bungie itself. The Bungie staff members, as well as us mentors, cannot help you with this matter. To contact the Bungie Store staff, you need to go through this form: https://bungiestore.com/pages/customer-service If you have already used that form, please be patient. Lastly, from personal experience, it generally takes several weeks before a new shirt ships out to recipients. I would expect you have plenty of time to correct this.
